This change adds the
_Zprefix for global overloaded operators infbc.In gcc/g++, the _Z prefix appears to be applied for operators even in an extern "C" block.
fbchas a correct symbol name mangling, except missing the_Zprefix on global overloaded operators. This appears to be the case for mingw 32/64 bit and linux 32/64 bit.
